We live in two worlds simultaneously
– the external world that constitutes all
that can be objectified materially like people,
career, assets etc, and the internal world of
thoughts, emotions like love, fear, desires etc.
The inner world acts as a filter of perception
to the external world. We take our inner world
with us wherever we go.
If there is conflict, fear and anger in our
inner world, then we will project these to our
external world and live in a world where we
see conflict, remain fearful and angry at people
and situations around us.
Whilst modern education provides us with adequate
knowledge of the external world, it is beyond
its scope to provide a glimpse of the world
within, leave alone its understanding or mastery.
Modern education works within a time frame and
is mainly result-oriented, whereas understanding
the subtleties of our inner world requires a
different perspective.
At Inner Challenges, the process of Life Coaching
essentially involves guiding our clients to
access and understand their inner world and
enabling them to get the most out of their life.
