Set in 25 acres of pristine countryside, 1 ½ hour's drive from Bangalore city airport, Shreyas offers its guests a luxurious home away from home. Although it is an ideal setting for a retreat, Shreyas is comparable to the more exclusive and elegant Asian boutique resorts, in terms of its ambience, design, interiors, service and comfort. Accommodation comprises of 8 luxurious and earthy “tents” with open-air shower rooms, 3 luxury poolside cottages and one 3-bedroom cottage.
The
25 guests that can be accommodated at one time have the rare luxury
of being cared for by our carefully trained staff in a secluded, private
and serene environment. Meals comprise of a range of Indian, Asian and
Western vegetarian cuisine made from our home-grown vegetables. Please
note that no alcohol is permitted at Shreyas and guests are requested
to smoke in designated areas only.
At Shreyas, guests
can join in our daily yoga classes, stress management & wellness
programs, rejuvenation massages, numerous packages on self-discovery,
as well as a range of recreational activities. All programs & yoga
classes are conducted by Inner
Challenges, a life-coaching company dedicated to applying the wisdom
of the Vedas and Indian spiritual tradition to enrich the professional
and personal lives of our guests.
Recreational
facilities include a rejuvenation massage center, yoga & meditation
hall, a 25 meter heated & ozonated swimming pool, jacuzzi &
steam rooms, outdoor amphitheater, home theatre and AV presentation
room, a gymnasium, cricket net (with complete equipment including a
bowling machine) and a walking trail that leads you through the lush
green and fragrant landscape.
